Here we have “sonic architect” Eusebie Siebenberg (you may know him from the modular store Control Voltage) aka SunFalls performing live at the Velocity 2019 event held by Modular Seattle and Patchwerks back in October. The performance weaves chaotic and frantic noises and broken rhythmic structures across noise, hints of breaks and distorted kicks with hints of twisted melody and at times contrasting chordal beds. This is from the livestream of the event with mainly live visuals and moments of the on stage cameras cut in live at the event.

Velocity was the first event large scale trade show, community and performance based from Modular Seattle and Patchwerks in (you guessed it!) Seattle, Washington on the Pacific Northwest of the USA. I worked with them as a media partner to create videos while in the USA (see DivKid’s West Coast Adventure – videos soon) sharing the event performances and workshops as well as making my own videos. There’s LOTS more to come.

Velocity was sponsored by the good people at Bjooks, KORG, 4ms Company, Mordax Systems, Roland and WMD. It’s thanks to the support and sponsorships of good companies and people that events like this can happen.
