Here’s a pedal I’ve really enjoyed since grabbing it dirt cheap in an auction some years ago. It’s the Pearl OC-07 Octaver which is a sub octave pedal FX unit from the early 1980s. There’s loads of options for these sorts of pedals, like the better known Boss OC-2 and there’s loads of affordable options. For the synth lover, these make a warm character more sine like sub wave than most modular sub octave units that give square waves.
