So here’s the v2 Punch module from Patching Panda. It’s two channels of envelopes and VCAs that add punch, dynamics and accents to your audio inputs or the envelopes you can patch out of it. You can input audio then process that through the onboard VCA using the decay envelope with CV over decay time, control over decay shape and a controllable addition of dynamics through the use of an accent input and level control. You can output the envelopes (two stage/two levels with the decay following the accent pattern too), invert them (or not) and patch those elsewhere for side chain and ducking effects. It’s been a pleasure to play with and a great punchy addition to my patches giving my dynamics and more musical patterns.
