JUST IN … the Malekko Gate Delay which is proving incredibly musical and useful in a range of patches. This was one of the first I played around with so I filmed it as a little jam. Here we’re in mode one where it’s single channels with no normalising or cascading of outputs to inputs and there’s basic millisecond unquantized (clock ignoring) delay added to the gates. Not it holds the gate duration and when 32 gates have played and the delay is so long that they haven’t fired you get these little rhythmic trills and ratchets which worked really well in this patch.
