I have a serious problem, it’s the saturated warbling sound of another tape delay in the studio. I’m real sucker for them and luckily have found a couple pretty cheap including this one. The immediacy of the noise, saturated, warble and character of the run away feedback and physical mechanical noise is beautiful. I can’t help myself. Simple modular synth voice attenuated heavily into the tape then just playing around with playback head selection, echo level, feedback, grabbing the tape … all the good stuff.
