Here we have the smallest BBD – bucket brigade delay – in the Eurorack format. The PICO BBD is a 3HP module from Erica Synths that gives us control over delay time, feedback, dry/wet mix, and input level with CV control over the delay time. Erica Synths chose to leave off any filtering in the circuit to remove noise/hiss and clock whine when you push the delay chips. In other units the filtering results in a duller, dark and murky delay sound, which you can get here by externally filtering the output or as I have … you can choose to use and abuse the noise and glitch potential.
