Here’s the 4 band distortion MOG from DPW Design. The module is 10HP and gives you a Hi Z input pre amp that responds like a tube amp, it’s very responsive and dynamic. We then have a 4 band distortion with control over global distortion and volume (there’s level boost on tap!) as well as individual gain controls for low, low mid, high mid and high frequency bands. There’s a bypass on/off switch (super useful, would be nice to see that more often) which can also be controlled externally with gates/CV and there’s a unique evaluation circuit giving glitch free switching. From warm crunch through full on distortion this has been useful for waveshaping, turning digital delay feedback into tape like tones and plenty more.
