Donald Crunk brought a sequencer heavy patch and performance to the 2019 Velocity event. Exploring transposing melodies and through a range of changing harmonic shifts and synth voices. Light percussion pushes through the melodic work while a thick and wide reverb evokes the feeling of a large space droning in key. Slower moving basslines pin down hints of chord progressions and changing tempos keep the set moving through a series of song like structures.

Velocity was the first event large scale trade show, community and performance based from Modular Seattle and Patchwerks in (you guessed it!) Seattle, Washington on the Pacific Northwest of the USA.
