First off, I’m really into this module! I love the idea of a 3 VCAs with channel summing (mixing) and then have custom options to create whatever you want around that. Be it filtering, sound generation (self oscillating filters), FX, or CV processing.
In this video I go through the module, what it does, how it works and the two cards that Black Market Modular make. Both the Tweet high pass filter and Woof low pass filter. Videos will follow to show off other companies cards such as the three cards from WMD and the Fuzzolo card from ZVEX. The platform is all open source and you can buy prototype DIY boards, which encourages making up your own circuits for the module too.
NOTE – to show off the textured panel I added a spotlight above the module for the filming of the video. It doesn’t actually have any sort of “glow”. It often looks all black and then occasionally catches light and you can see the design.
