Here’s Bana Haffar performing live with her Eurorack system at Velocity 2019. It’s a heavy sample working out with the Morphagene and serious knob twisting of the Erbe Verb too. This was HEAVY and hit hard on the system, it’s a pleasure to be able to re-kindle that experience for those that were there and share the performance with those that weren’t. This video was from the live stream of the event, with Bana playing in the crowd on the main floor cameras were quickly adjusted with a quick turn over and there’s a mix of the camera’s stream and live visuals that were live streamed from the official event pages. Watch out for a few familiar faces (or backs of heads) wondering past.

Velocity was the first event large scale trade show, community and performance based from Modular Seattle and Patchwerks in (you guessed it!) Seattle, Washington on the Pacific Northwest of the USA. I worked with them as a media partner to create videos while in the USA (see DivKid’s West Coast Adventure – videos soon) sharing the event performances and workshops as well as making my own videos. There’s LOTS more to come.

Velocity was sponsored by the good people at Bjooks, KORG, 4ms Company, Mordax Systems, Roland and WMD. It’s thanks to the support and sponsorships of good companies and people that events like this can happen.
