It’s the 2nd of January and day 2 of Jamuary … I’m already wondering what I’ve got myself into committing to do something every day ON TOP OF normal work. But I was questioning that before start #Jamuary2020​ so there you go. Today I set some time aside to play with a truly beautiful high quality analogue synth voice – RAVEN from birdkids. Here it’s sequenced and modulated with it’s two oscillators detuned slightly with PWM, crossfading between the oscillators and a couple of envelopes for modulation of level and the filter. Turning on the opto mode gives some great saturation and character and the filter just begs to be played with.
